CBA poised to sell fleet leasing business.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) will be selling its fleet leasing business. The sale of CBFC Leasing is expected to realign the billion-dollar industry. Sale documents have been issued through investment bank, Goldman Sachs JBWere. CBFC manages and finances about 45,000 vehicles for Australian businesses. The business is the fourth- or fifth-largest player in the industry. CBFC has assets of $A1.46 billion and net assets of $A36 million. Orix Australia's executive director, John Carter, said it is interested in good-quality and well-run businesses.
