Singapore power firms plans two privatizations.

Two Singaporean power generation companies, Senoko Power and PowerSeraya, plan to issue bonds. According to market observers, PowerSeraya wants to raise $S250 million through an issue of seven-year bonds. The company has an option to raise the issue to $S350 million. JP Morgan and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation have been appointed as joint-lead managers of the issue. Senoko Power plans to raise between $S150 million and $S200 million by issuing 10-year bonds. Bond traders expects strong demand for the bonds.
