Ern Pope has been named as one of two new directors of the Australian wine company Southcorp. Pope, who is the president and CEO of Nestle Purina PetCare, was a founder and former director of the Australian Food & Grocery Council. Pope and John Murphy, the MD of Investec Wentworth Private Equity, are joining the Southcorp board as replacements for Don Argus and Dick Warburton, who have both retired.
