Lend Lease Corporation has reported a net profit after tax of $A230.2 million for the year to June 2003. The property management, construction and development company achieved this result on revenue of almost $A10.114 billion, down 18.9 per cent on the previous year. It declared a dividend of $A0.20 per share, unfranked. Lend Lease has forecast that its profit for the year to June 2004 will be between $A240 million and $A250 million. Huntley's Investment Information, which rates Lend Lease as a "sell" stock, predicts Lend Lease will record a net profit of $A236 million in the year to June 2004, increasing to $A258 million in the year to June 2005.
