Australasian Business Intelligence, October, 2003
Oct 06, 2003 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX)

The survey, by PA Consulting, found 34 per cent of respondents favoured re-tendering the contracts. One in six organisations said they would bring the service back in-house when the contracts expired. Companies are starting to "backsource", says Chris Garbarschagen, director of Dawson Consulting.
