Abacus adds the role of matchmaker.

Australian technology company, Abacus, will act as a "matchmaker" between airlines and suppliers. The company, which supplies travel technology to agents and travel professionals, says it is in a unique position to act as a facilitator. Abacus GM, Joseph Cheung, says the move will allow Abacus to act as a consultancy, rather than solely a reservation systems developer.
