Samoa in for Virgin Blue no-frills deal.(Brief Article)

Australian airline, Virgin Blue, has won a joint venture deal with Samoan carrier, Polynesian Airlines. Virgin Blue will be the preferred partner for passenger and freight traffic between Australia and Samoa. The deal will involve the International Finance Corporation. Qantas and Air New Zealand had also bid for the deal.
