Ninemsn searches for greater market share.(MSN search engine)(Brief Article)

Microsoft has remodelled its MSN search engine in an attempt to better compete with Google and Yahoo!. In Australia, ninemsn plans to spend around $A2 million on promoting the improvements to the search engine's features. A television commercial created by McCann Erickson will go to air on the Nine Network on 6 February 2005, and will also be seen in Hoyts cinemas for nine weeks. A print campaign will be seen in many magazines owned by ACP, which, like Nine, is owned by Publishing & Broadcasting.
