Factiva allows marketers to track their brand image.(Brief Article)

In Australia, media technology provider Factiva has a new software product for communication specialists. Called Factiva Insight, it allows companies to market to other businesses and track changes in their segment. The tool is an add-on to Factiva.com, which allows firms to track their rivals' activities. Factiva also has software enabling marketers to "eavesdrop" on what is being said about their company on the web.
