Angry iP3 abandons fund-raising plan.(securities)(Brief Article)

Melbourne-based software company, iP3, will no longer undertake a capital raising. According to the company, its largest investor, USA Health Investors, decided not to guarantee the share rights issue after Victoria University filed a complaint with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. CEO Ahmed Yousseff says USA Health Investors and other backers will provide the company with the financial assistance to continue its legal battle with Victoria University.
