Australian clothing and footwear retailer Colorado Group lifted profit by 54 in the year to 29 January 2005. The $A44.2 million result came despite disruptions to business caused by a changeover in the group's computer systems. The previous year's net profit came in at $A28.8 million. Colorado's MD Rowan Webb says the group is well-placed to get aggressive on acquisitions to grow the chain further. He expects growth of at least 10 in the year to January 2006.
