Australian telco One.Tel collapsed in 2001. The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) is investigating the company's collapse. On 7 March 2005, the corporate regulator suffered a setback in its investigation. The Supreme Court of New South Wales ruled as inadmissible an accountant's report tendered by ASIC.
