NZ, NSW tourism boost.(New South Wales promotes its tourism in New Zealand)(Brief Article)

Tourism New South Wales (NSW) has launched a direct mail campaign in New Zealand. The tourism body aims to encourage more New Zealanders to take self-drive holidays in NSW. The campaign is directed at the 147,000 New Zealanders who visited the State in the three years to 2005. The $A80,000 campaign was created in collaboration with House of Travel, Air New Zealand in Tourism Australia. Sales rose by over 30 per cent in 2004 after a similar campaign.
