Paralysed dogs can move again.(Brief Article)

Researchers at Cambridge University have helped dogs suffering from paralysis regain a little movement. They achieved this by injecting olfactory ensheathing glia cells - the only nerve cells that can continually regenerate - into the their damaged spinal cords. Australian scientists have applied the treatment on humans but the result of their research will not be released until 2007.
