Nod to collective bargaining deals.

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has extended an authorisation for collective bargaining in dairy farming until 2010. John McQueen, the CEO of Australian Dairy Farmers, said collective bargaining provides benefits to both farmers and milk companies. Graeme Samuel, the chairman of the ACCC, shares this view. He asked farmers to send comments on collective bargaining to the ACCC.
