Google searches for quality not quantity.(Brief Article)

US-based search engine, Google, has filed patents that show it is aiming to improve the quality of internet news searches. At the present time, responses are ranked in order of relevance or by date. Google plans to build a database that compares the credibility of news sources and alters the rankings accordingly. The system could also be used to rank the results of other types of searches.
