[1029] Consolidation: value donor and loss donor rules.

On 8 June 2005 the Australian Taxation Office released a series of draft determinations on value donor and loss donor rules. They deal with aspects as they apply to consolidated and MEC groups. Comments are due by 8 July.The draft determinations are 2005/D13, 2005/D14 2005/D15 and 2005/D16.
