Big deals and government spending boost United.

The share price of Australia's United Group has increased by 79 per cent in fiscal 2005. The engineering firm is now trading at about $A9.15, however analysts are divided over whether the share price has reached its peak.Lachlan Drummond of Credit Suisse First Boston believes that United shares could reach $A10. Drummond says the company's acquisition of the Australian transport business of Alstom SA will improve earnings per share growth. According to StarMine, five out of seven analysts have rated the stock "buy".
