CBA prices US$2 billion extendible.

INSTO - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has priced its $US2 billion extendable liquidity securities deal in the US. Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley lead managed the transaction. Orders for $US6 billion were received at the

clearing price and the books closed early. The deal priced inside ANZ Bank's $US2 billion extendable liquidity securities,

which were issued at two basis points under Libor for year one, rising to Libor flat for year two and Libor plus three basis points for years four and five.
