Retail Cube boss dismisses Athlete's Foot rumours.
Australasian Business Intelligence, July, 2005

Jul 27, 2005 (Inside Retailing - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Retail Cube CEO Robert Escourt has denied rumours that its footwear chain The Athlete's Foot is doing badly. A statement to the Australian Stock Exchange claimed that the chain was having "a record year", which would be evident when Retail Cube releases its company results in August 2005. Estcourt suspects that recent reports that the Australian footwear industry was in decline
could have led to the notion that the chain was not performing. Retail Cube's other holdings include King of Knives and Amazing
Paints.
