Toll sells dock leasehold to AAT for $A15 million.

Australian logistics company, Toll Holdings, has sold its lease at Webb Dock West at the port of Melbourne. The long-term lease was sold for about $A15 million to Australian Amalgamated Terminals (AAT). AAT is a joint venture between Patrick Corporation and P&O Ports. The facility will be operated as an open-access terminal which will specialise in the handling of motor vehicles.
