Home loan affordability improves.

The report shows home loan affordability increased for the third quarter in a row, while the number of loans issued declined for the first time in three quarters. The size

of the average home loan fell by 0.5 per cent over the quarter, while average monthly loan repayments rose by $A4 to $A1,156 per month.
