Strong Tilt to stymie disease.

Aug 10, 2005 (The Weekly Times - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A new product from Syngenta Crop Protection can be used to treat a range of fungal diseases in wheat and barley. Known as Tilt Xtra, the new product is a mixture of propaconazole and cyproconazole. It can be used against diseases such as barley scald,
leaf rust, yellow leaf spot and septoria. Jason Sabeeney, of Syngenta Crop Protection, says it costs around $A10 per hectare to use Tilt Xtra, and he recommends farmers apply it at an early stage.
