terms of bank treatment. The majority of the workforce are termed "traditional borrowers", but Bluestone Mortgages recognises that working outside nine-to-five can alter the

financial services industry's perception of employees. After Spain, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development (OECD) holds Australia as the second-highest casual employer. In the 18 years to 2002 permanent full-time employment fell to 61 per cent according to Sydney University figures.
