Baycorp holds the advantage.

Australasian Business Intelligence, September, 2005

Sep 14, 2005 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Allco Equity Partners' bid for Baycorp Advantage will probably fail, and counter bidders are circling. Allco's $A3.50-per-

share attempt to obtain control of the credit services company has been criticised by many of Baycorp's institutional investors. Baycorp's shares have been independently valued as high as $A4.31, while investor Harris Associates believes they are worth $A4.70. Harris will not accept Allco's

offer, and Investors Mutual, MM&E Capital and Schroder Investment Management are also expected to refuse.
