Catholic education chief 'aghast' at OBE critics.

Sep 14, 2005 (The West Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A parliamentary inquiry has started in Western Australia (WA) into concerns at the planned outcomes-based education (OBE) system. Ron Dullard, director of the Catholic Education Office, told the panel he had not expected school principals' vocal
opposition to OBE, while inquiry chair Tom Stephens also professed surprise at how many educators and administrators actually
