Tenants happy to pay high price for the right kind of address.

Such was the case with executives at Challenger Financial Services Group in Sydney, who refused to move from the illustrious ABN Amro Tower to the more southerly Civic Tower. Corrs Chambers

Westgarth also chose to remain and put up with high rents in Governor Phillip Tower, because the high-status address apparently

gives the law firm kudos. Some brave companies such as Ernst & Young have moved to new locations.
