Australasian Business Intelligence, October, 2005

Oct 16, 2005 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian scientists are working on technology that will enable commuters to use wireless internet on trains. Current

wireless internet connections do not work well when users are moving. However researchers from the University of New South Wales believe that they can solve this problem, by installing wireless internet connections on buses and trains. Commuters could buy tickets that would permit them to

use the connections. The team has $A300,000 in funding, but needs more.
