effectively swapping executives. Brian Evans, chief operating officer (COO) at Fairfax, will leave to take on the CEO position at PMP, while his predecessor there, David Kirk, has been selected to follow in the footsteps of CEO Fred Hilmer at Fairfax. It was Kirk's appointment that is said to
have triggered Evans's surprise decision, as his ambition is to lead a listed company. Insiders say however that some of Evans's decisions as COO were unpopular, such as changing the internal structure at the flagship...
