Oct 03, 2005 (The Courier-Mail - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Details of confidential energy purchasing agreements may be disclosed in a legal
dispute between Xstrata and southwest Queensland gas producers. Subpoenas have been issued to 30 companies, demanding copies
of contracts for all gas sales and purchases dating back to mid-1996. They include BHP Billiton Petroleum, Rio Tinto's Comalco unit, Queensland Alumina, Australian Gas Light
Company, Incitec Pivot, CS Energy, Origin Energy Retail, BlueScope Steel, OneSteel, Australian Paper, Adelaide Brighton Cement,
