Nov 10, 2005 (Australian Property Investor Magazine - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Queensland Treasury and the Australian Bureau of Statistics have compiled a report. Peter Beattie, the Queensland Premier, has discussed "Queensland's baby boomers: A profile of persons born 1946-1965". Beattie noted that Queenslanders born between 1946 and 1965 make up 29 per cent of the current
population. He said that by 2051, it is expected that there will be about 350,000 baby boomers aged over 86 in the State.
