Worker confidence falls.

Dec 21, 2005 (HR Monthly - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Right Management Consultants compiles its Career Confidence Index every six months.
The index is based on a survey of employees in 18 countries. The most recent Index shows that confidence levels are falling. The confidence of Australian workers decreased to 54.9, down from a high of 56.6 in May 2005. The US and Britain recorded the largest decline over the half-year, of 2.4 points.
Workers in Germany and Switzerland have the least career confidence.
