Jan 30, 2006 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- RedBalloon Days caters for a growing trend among Australasian employers. Founder Naomi Simson says that companies are starting to go beyond gift vouchers and bottles of wine when it comes to providing employees with rewards and incentives. instead. RedBalloon provides "experiences", ranging from night shark diving to jewellery making to short romantic holidays. The company caters for corporate and related
clients, and says over 80 of its services are bought as employee rewards.
