Australia. The Edinburgh-based private tertiary institution would be the second to avail itself of new Australian Government

regulations designed to foster competition, after the US's Carnegie Mellon University has announced plans for a campus to open in Adelaide in March 2006. Heriot-Watt's Edinburgh Business School will partner Australian education firm Tribeca in offering its Master of Business Administration degrees
