Jan 23, 2006 (Discrimination Alert - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Victorian State Service Authority has issued the "People Matters Survey 2005". The Authority reveals that 37 per cent of surveyed public servants had witnessed workplace bullying in the last year, while 21 per cent had been bullied.
