Jan 16, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A Monash University study has found Australian workers spend more than 25 of
work time on the internet on activities not related to work. Extroverts were the personality type most likely to misuse the internet at work, according to the research. Extroverts send more work-related and non- work-related emails, while people with less agreeable personalities are likely to spend more time on the web, it was found. Individuals open to experience are likely to spend more time on the internet for reasons
related to work.
