Management takes stock of holdings.

Jan 15, 2006 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Directors of Australian-listed corporations actively traded shares in late December 2005 and early January 2006. Martin Kemp, a director of child care group ABC Learning Centres, has paid around $A3.6m for 500,000 shares in the company, while New Zealand businessman Graeme Hart has increased his shareholding in Carter Holt Harvey by 1.46 million shares, taking his interest in the forestry group to about 86 per cent. Bruce Higgins, the executive director of Redflex Holdings, has sold two parcels of shares in the speed camera group for a total gain of over $A900,000.
