Australasian Business Intelligence, January, 2006

Jan 03, 2006 (Herald Sun - ABIX via COMTEX) -- US research published in January 2006 shows that mobile telephones are blurring the
distinction between work and home life. This is increasing stress at home and having a negative impact on families. The research was conducted by sociologist, Dr Noelle Chesley, of the University of Wisconsin. Dr Chesley notes that when someone from the office rings a colleague at home, it is
generally to report bad news. Monash University's Professor Gary Bouma said the findings were applicable in Australia.
