Franchisees wear failure of franchisor.

Feb 27, 2006 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian franchisees could be in trouble if their franchisors fail. The University of New South Wales conducted research into franchisor failure on behalf of CPA Australia. It was very difficult even to contact former franchisees, because there is no legal requirement for a franchisor's liquidator to provide any government regulator with a list of franchisees.
