DB Capital Partners exits record private equity deal.

Feb 17, 2006 (Investor Weekly - ABIX via COMTEX) -- DB Capital Partners has reported that it has sold its 51 per cent interest in Tempo

Services. DB Capital Partners had initially acquired its stake in the Australian cleaning and security services company via Pacific Service Solutions for $A51 million as part of

an initial transaction that was worth over $A200 million. DB Capital Partners, which is part of Deutsche Asset Management, sold its 51 per cent stake in Tempo to ISS Group.
