Mar 07, 2006 (Discrimination Alert - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) has ruled in favour of Tita Ilian in her claim against the Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC). Ilian, a production co- ordinator with the ABC, had joined the organisation in 1980 and had worked there full-time since 1984.
