More bucks for their bang: $10m float bonus for Dyno executives.

Mar 02, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The senior management of explosives company, Dyno Nobel, will benefit from its sharemarket

float. A bonus of $A10 million in cash and shares will be allocated to its top executives. CEO Peter Richards will be the recipient of $A6 million. Cash of $A4 million will be paid to the executives, with Richards receiving about half. The rest of the bonus will be in shares issued at the

final float price. Richards has reinvested his profit from the sale of Dyno, and after the float he will hold a 0.3 per cent stake in the business. Macquarie Bank is backing

the $A1 billion float....
