Apr 18, 2006 (New Scientist - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The "New Scientist" magazine has suggested there are flaws in Great Britain's H5N1 avian influenza virus testing methods. The Department for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs' (DEFRA) methods have come under suspicion after recent tests on duck and geese revealed unusually low levels of ordinary avian.
