Libby, who is set to open a shop focusing on the needs of young mothers, is involved in the Slingshot Community Enterprise and Employment Centre in North Fitzroy. The service provides training and mentoring for people aged 18-30 in conjunction with the Victoria University of Technology and business advisers.
