Business Services Industry
Mixture vital to online banking.
Australasian Business Intelligence, May, 2006
May 15, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Banks should have the needs of customers in mind when developing or improving their online banking services. Bank of America (BoA) e-commerce executive, Sanjay Gupta, says "simplicity and innovation" have been the primary drivers of its internet banking strategy. He notes that BoA has actively sought feedback from customers on ways to improve its online banking service. This feedback motivated BoA to add a bill payment service to its online offerings, and it continually seeks to add new functionalities to its internet banking service. BoA's online banking service now boasts some 19.6 million customers. Originally published in the "Financial Times".
