Duff & Phelps targets transfer pricing with former KPMG head.

May 15, 2006 (International Tax Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Dan Peters has been appointed the new leader of Duff & Phelps's transfer pricing practice. Peters, former global head of transfer pricing at KPMG, said he intended to hire between five and 10 senior transfer pricing personnel within three months, to be based in all significant offices in the US. At KPMG, Steve Fortier replaced Peters in the role of global managing principal of transfer pricing. Fortier will continue to act as the head of the firm's economic and valuation services practice in the US.
