May 04, 2006 (Herald Sun - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A UK study has found that small changes to a healthier lifestyle can increase the length of a person's life. Cambridge University researchers studied over 25,000 people. The study showed that small changes can lengthen life by between 10 and 12 years. Eating five servings of fruit and vegetables can add three years, while stopping smoking can add four to five years. Even a small amount of exercise can add up to three years.
