May 02, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Peter Rafferty, an expert in business education, has expressed concern about the fate of the Australian Graduate School of Management. Rafferty claims that all the global leaders in business education are stand-alone operations or have a high degree of autonomy, and warns that Australia's graduate school is at risk of losing its autonomy. His comments follow the recent announcement that the University of New South Wales will merge with the graduate school, meaning the school will cease to be a stand-alone operation.
