Lend Lease can't figure WTC claims.

Jun 08, 2006 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian construction company, Lend Lease, is not able to quantify its liability from US lawsuits. Its subsidiary, Bovis Lend Lease, is one of the defendants of 5,300 claims made over the clean-up of the World Trade Center site after the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks. However, Bovis is covered by a $US1 billion insurance policy to protect the City of New York and its contractors.
