Former OECD tax division head joins KPMG in London.

Jun 07, 2006 (International Tax Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- John Neighbour has been made partner in the global transfer pricing practice of KPMG. Neighbour is the former head of the OECD's tax treaty, transfer pricing and financial transactions division. He is also the former assistant director of financial services at Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs, where he was in charge of arbitrage, cross-border financial services and transfer pricing. In another appointment, Gavin Bate joined KPMG's research and development tax team on 20 April 2006.
